What we collect
If you submit evidence, we store the device or platform name, your written description, an optional supporting link, and an optional email address. If you separately opt in to updates, we also retain your email for that purpose.
What not to send
Do not submit glucose screenshots, wearable exports, medical records, identifiers, or any other personal health information. The project does not need those materials to review a product-access workflow.
How we use submissions
We use submissions to verify product workflows, correct scores, identify documentation, and decide which devices to evaluate next. We may publish an anonymized description of a workflow, but we will not publish your email address.
Sharing and sponsorship
We do not sell submission data or email addresses. The Wearable Openness Index is currently an independent project and accepts no manufacturer sponsorship.
Your choices
You may ask to correct or remove a submission, or unsubscribe from updates, by using the evidence form on the home page and identifying the original email.
